Return window

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

What can be returned

To be eligible, the product must be in the same condition you received it, unused and unbuilt, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

What cannot be returned

Items showing surface contamination, personal branding, physical damage, or signs of use or assembly are not eligible for return.

Faulty components

If a motor, remote PCB, or battery box is defective, we offer a free replacement part within 4 to 5 days.

Damaged or defective items

Raise a request within 7 days with photos. After verification we issue a replacement or a full refund, with free return shipping.

Change of mind

For change-of-mind returns, a ₹200 return-courier charge applies, or you may self-ship at your own expense.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer.

Exchanges

Free exchanges are available for defective or damaged items within 7 days, subject to stock availability.
