Shipping charges

Prepaid orders ship free across India. For Cash on Delivery orders, no additional shipping fee is charged.

Delivery timeline

Orders are typically delivered within 4 to 6 business days for most serviceable pin codes. Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, strikes, remote locations, stock issues, or courier-related problems.

Order tracking

You will receive tracking information by SMS or email once your shipment is dispatched, so you can follow it in real time.

Your responsibilities

Please provide an accurate, complete address and stay reachable for delivery coordination. Multiple failed deliveries due to incorrect information may result in the shipment being returned to us.

Cancellation before dispatch

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch with no cancellation charge. Email support@clapstore.com with your order number, name, address, and phone number.

Cancellation after dispatch

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Refused deliveries are handled under our standard return and exchange policy.
